American Freedom Baseball Club

The American Freedom Softball Club is excited to announce the formation of The American Freedom Baseball Club.

Aaron Westlake has been named the National Director of American Freedom Baseball.

Westlake played baseball at Vanderbilt University from 2008-2011, earning multiple All-American, All-SEC, and Academic All-SEC honors throughout his four year career. He is top 10 in school history in numerous offensive categories, including home runs, RBIs, runs, and hits. In 2011, he helped lead Vanderbilt to its first College World Series appearance

Westlake was drafted by the Detroit Tigers in the third round of the 2011 MLB draft, where he went on to play four seasons in the Detroit Tigers organization.

Throughout his career at Vanderbilt and with the Detroit Tigers, Westlake was able to play with and against some of the best players in the world, and was coached by some of the best coaches in the game of baseball.

Starting in the spring of 2019, American Freedom will sponsor teams in the DFW area with the goal of adding teams in all current regions where there are American Freedom softball teams.

American Freedom Baseball will sponsor teams in all divisions, with an emphasis on player development through quality skill instruction and on-field coaching. Competing in top level tournaments will be a priority, along with providing recruiting assistance at the older divisions.

American Freedom will sponsor skills clinics, coaching clinics, mental training seminars, along with step by step assistance in the recruitment
